I don’t think I’m “down” with this payment

I don’t know about the rest of you, viagra buy sales but I never make a down payment unless I know what the whole purchase is eventually going to cost me:

President Barack Obama’s first budget will seek $634 billion over 10 years as a down payment on health care reform, a senior administration official said Wednesday.
