The song “Rocking Chair” sung by Louis Armstrong and Jack Teagarden came up on my iPod shuffle play this weekend.
(I found this video for part of the song on YouTube.)
Thank God Louis Armstrong lived during a period when we could capture him on tape and video…otherwise people would never believe such an amazing talent ever existed.

The record companies are NOT my favorite people – the phrase “robber barrons” comes to mind – but I loath the idea floating around among younger people that anything digital should be free because making a copy isn’t really “stealing.”
