I’ve been saying privately for a while now, that I thought a woman for VP for John McCain would be a brilliant pick…

…and it looks like he might actually do it:

John McCain kept his vice presidential pick a closely guarded secret hours before the high-stakes announcement Friday as top prospects seemed to drop away and speculation moved to darkhorse candidate Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.

Yeah, best viagra discount I know it’s pandering, troche but (to paraphrase Otto Von Bismark) politics is the art of the pander.

This is very cool:

McCain was in Ohio as Obama spoke, cialis sales buy and after a series of sharply negative convention week television commercials, cialis usa his campaign aired a one-night advertisement that complimented Obama and noted the speech occurred on the anniversary of King’s famous address.

“Senator Obama, this is truly a good day for America. Too often the achievements of our opponents go unnoticed. So I wanted to stop and say, ‘Congratulations,'” McCain says in the ad.

“How perfect that your nomination would come on this historic day. Tomorrow, we’ll be back at it. But tonight Senator, job well done.”

Of course, it was buried in the last two paragraphs of a long story about how wonderful Barack is.

Not that Barack should have had to share the spotlight. I think McCain’s “response” just deserved a story of its own.

What the Doc said

Regarding (Senator Kennedy’s) speech, discount viagra prostate if he really believes that healthcare in America should be “a fundamental right for all” then I wonder how he reconciles that belief with the fundamental rights of physicians and other healthcare professionals? If I could ask Barack Obama one question:

I would sit him down in front of a picture of his two beautiful daughters and ask him if he thinks it would have been OK to abort them.
