John McCain kept his vice presidential pick a closely guarded secret hours before the high-stakes announcement Friday as top prospects seemed to drop away and speculation moved to darkhorse candidate Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.

Not that Barack should have had to share the spotlight. I think McCain’s “response” just deserved a story of its own.
Regarding (Senator Kennedy’s) speech, discount viagraprostate if he really believes that healthcare in America should be “a fundamental right for all” then I wonder how he reconciles that belief with the fundamental rights of physicians and other healthcare professionals? True rights do not require the labor of others.
