Why is it better to have Michael Moore as an enemy than a friend?

After changing the law to keep a Republican Governor from appointing a new senator…

…the Democrat-controlled legislature in Massachusetts is changing the law back so the Democratic Governor can appoint a Democratic replacement for Ted Kennedy.

“If the Governor is a Democrat he shall have the power to appoint a replacement Senator, otherwise a senator will be appointed by the Democratic National Committee for him.”

I love that Congressman Charles Rangel doesn’t think we were too prejudiced…
