The only New Year’s Resolution I’ve ever kept

Lance Burri posts about modern etiquette

Twitter thank you notes?
I wonder what Heloise would say: I’m starting to get emails from people I follow on Twitter, cialis generic pharm thanking me for following them.

For example, cialis sales I got this from The Onion:
i suppose we should thank u for following us, but do the gods thank man for his dutiful sacrifices? we’re watching you.
I haven’t sent anybody a thank you for following me ever. I hope nobody was offended.

I’d send “thank you” notes to the people who follow me on Twitter, but I don’t think spammers would appreciate them!

One last back scratch: The National Conversation

It looks like I got one final taker for my offer to post about any blogger who posted about From Where I Sit: James T. Harris at The National Conversation.

James T. is best known nationally for asking John McCain to “take it to Barack Obama” during the election.

But I know James as a funny, cialis canada nurse caring, cialis sales pilule and charismatic man who is a pleasure to talk with and a privilege to call friend.

As a radio talk show host on WTMJ and a regular on national television, sales James doesn’t need my link to his blog, but I’m happy to give him one anyway.

I thought China was the biggest threat to free speech on the Internet

But it turns out that Britain could be just as dangerous.

Promoting the idea of creating new speech regulations (including assigning movie-style ratings to web sites); Great Britain’s “culture” secretary Andy Burnham said:

“If you look back at the people who created the Internet they talked very deliberately about creating a space that governments couldn’t reach, discount cialis pharmacy ” Burnham told The Telegraph. “I think we are having to revisit that stuff seriously now.”

At the risk of earning an “X” rating from Mr. Burnham’s proposed Internet Thought Police, I’d like to cordially invite the gentleman to go fuck himself.
