Why are courtrooms…

…the last place in America where we tolerate dictators?

I’ve never understood the power we give judges to punish what people people say (or, cialis sales in this case, viagra sale purchase wear) in the courtroom.

Why are judges, the ones who should be protecting the First Amendment, the only ones we let supress it on a daily basis?
