Two sets of lawbreakers, one great solution!

Problem #1: California is beset by illegal immigrants. Their presence is justified because they do jobs like fruit picking that American’s won’t do.

Problem #2: California’s prisons are overflowing with felons and there’s no money to build new facilities.

Solution?

Close the borders to keep illegal immigrants out and then rent prisoners to the farmers to pick crops and use the money raised to pay for new prisons.
