I just unintentionally stumbled upon the new statue of Fonzie on Milwaukee’s River Walk and…

Why is this statue tri-colored?

Why doesn’t it look like Henry Winkler?

And why the hell are his pants electric blue?

I was actually in favor of this statue in the abstract.
